Safety Tape Primer will improve adhesion on dusty, porous or gritty surfaces. Apply just one coat of this water-based primer by brush and allow to dry (for 30 minutes) before applying non slip safety tape or stair treads. Not required on smooth, non porous surfaces such as paint, varnish, tiles, etc. Do not apply to metal.

A pint of primer is sufficient for the following:
- 6 - Safety Tape 2 x 60 ft. rolls
- 30 - Slip Free Treads 6" x 24 ft.
- 2 units are required for the 2 ft. x 60 ft. Slip Free Rolls

How to Apply
Safety Tape Primer will improve adhesion on dusty, friable surfaces. Not required on smooth, non porous surfaces such as paint, varnish, tiles etc. Do not apply to metal.
Application: After stirring, apply one coat of primer by brush at a coverage rate of approximately 2-3m2 per 500ml. Allow to dry (the product is milky when applied, then turns clear upon drying). Dries in 1 hour at 50-60°F. Only apply the primer to the area that will be covered by the tape or tread. Uncovered primer could remain tacky and attract dirt. Apply the Safety Tape or Slip Free products according to the instructions.
Limitations: Do not apply in wet conditions or at temperatures below 50°F
